Windy City Fieldhouse as Rain-Out Location
In the event of inclement weather (rain, excessive heat, high winds, etc.) the picnic will be
easily re-located to Windy City Fieldhouse. WCF is Chicago's premier indoor sports and
entertainment complex with six basketball courts, 12 volleyball courts, a batting cage and other
activity areas within its state-of-the-art 55,000 sqft facility. WCF is fully
air-conditioned, accommodates up to 3,500 people and provides ample free parking. A decision
to move the picnic indoors will be made no later than 9:00am the morning of the event. Please
check your office voicemail after 9:00am to confirm the location of the event. If you have no
message regarding a location change, the event remains at the above site.
